“I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with the service of your company. I had to suddenly move my father out of his apartment because he became ill and had to go into a nursing home. I had hurt my back and was unable to move anything, nor could I find a mover on such short notice. Despite a very busy time, your company agreed to come and take the items and store them at your facility. This past Saturday, I stopped at your place to go through those items because I wanted to move a few things into my father’s room at Presbyterian Home. I didn’t realize you didn’t operate self-storage units and thought I could just come and pick out what I needed. I was told I would have to make an appointment to come back at a later time and I would be charged a fee. When I explained my situation, Chris allowed me to have access to the unit and he and Warren were kind enough to pull everything out so I could choose what I needed. Chris said whatever items I didn’t need, he would take and find someone who might need them. Warren also helped load everything into my car. I can’t tell you how pleased I was with their service and wanted to let you know how helpful they were.
